We want you to be fully satisfied with your Sterling by Music Man instrument. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the instrument in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
